5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

REHOBOTH LLC is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
However, we will do our best to support you in initiating a claim with the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout.
REHOBOTH LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply.
