17. Chargeback Policy:

A. Dispute Resolution Requirement
By making a purchase with REHOBOTH LLC, you agree to contact our support team at rehoboths.llc@gmail.com to resolve any issue with your order before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to deny service to customers who fail to follow this process.

B. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Any chargeback initiated without prior communication with REHOBOTH LLC will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your customer account.

  • Recover the disputed amount and associated fees through lawful collection methods.

C. Binding Evidence
